The business of Fintormenta is based on its experience, contacts and co-operation networks being formed by its two members during a combined period of more than 60 years in both Russia and Finland.
The joint knowledge experience and expertise of the Founders in the fields of exporting, importing and operating different areas of business in Russia covers such specialist areas as forestry and wood processing industry, retail industry, wholesale industry, IT industry, marketing, corporate business in Russia. Also project management and the internal management of a company are familiar subjects to us.
In addition to the Russian business, MS Punin has worked in St Petersburg during the 1990s as commercial secretary, and MS Perila has substantial experience in the highest management level from the running of the subsidiary companies of three major Finnish companies operating in St Petersburg.
Our geographical area of operation is the whole of Russia. We have our own representatives in both Moscow and St Petersburg. Legal consulting is being carried out by our Russian partner lawyers and market and other surveys in cooperation with our Russian market research companies.
